Clean, Amazing beach location, Feels like Home

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids (5, 3 and 1 year old) stayed here for a weeklong stay. We are so thankful for this home. The location was amazing- we walked to Charley Young Beach in all of 3 minutes and never had to get our cars sandy by driving to a beach. We walked to a nearby park, Foodland, shops and local restaurants. This was our first time staying in Kihei and I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. The kitchen was well-stocked, the linens were clean and my two young boys loved the upstairs loft. I do think that the twin beds upstairs are more well-suited for children, but for our group it was a perfect fit. Thanks so much!

Lovely house, perfect location

The house is wonderful: spacious and relaxing. Everything we looked for, that we might want, seemed to be there. We were 7 people including 2 elderly people, and the location was perfect. Things like stores and restaurants were close enough that everyone could walk to them. One teenager decided to learn to surf, and the most popular place in Kihei for lessons is a 5 minute walk. Walk 5 minutes the other way and there’s swimming and snorkeling. We had a fantastic time.

Perfect for family gathering

This beautiful house was first and foremost very well stocked. You could literally pack just your clothes and still be all set here – kitchen has everything you need and MORE. Secondly it’s in the BEST location! I’ve stayed on this same street before, so I was so excited to find a large luxury house even closer to Charley Young Beach. So easy to go back and forth to one of the best beaches on Maui! We snorkeled with 5 Honu just off the lava rocks, and rented a kayak and SUP from town and brought them (via water) around the cove to the beach for the day. The house has so much to offer that we didn’t even have time to enjoy it all in 8 days! We hung our hammocks across the two perfectly spaced trees in the yard too. The huge deck box of beach supplies (mats, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, snorkels, etc) was amazing!

We were there with extended family for a pre-christmas trip – my parents, siblings and my husband and children. My only caution would be if it’s multiple couples or people wanting a bit more privacy/romantic atmosphere, as there is open architecture above both the bedroom doors (i.e. not soundproof) and then the third “room” is the open large loft area with it’s own lanai! It worked fine for our needs though. Speaking of architecture, this house’s design is amazing with cool features everywhere you look! The outdoor bathtub was so cool, my kids loved it too!

One of my favorite, yet probably overlooked, features was the rolling gate at the driveway to completely fence in the yard for my young children. We could be BBQ’ing or relaxing with a drink while they ran around and we didn’t have to worry.

You won’t be disappointed by this awesome house! Wake up and run on the beach and end the evening watching the sunset, all just a few steps away!

Beautiful house, wonderful vacation!

This house is amazing and far better than the photos show. We were two parents and three 20 somethings, and it was more than enough room. There are two twin beds in the loft if you have younger kids — we didn’t use them but it’s a sweet space. Great kitchen, and a half block to the beach. We loved that it is so off the road with a big yard: we slept like rocks as there was no road noise. (So many of our prior rentals in Hawaii we found it hard to sleep because of constant car noise all night..) Couldn’t be happier with this place in central Kihei, close to everything!

Amazing Family Vacation

This is a beautiful and well kept home just steps from several of the most quaint little beaches I have ever seen. With 4 teenagers and 2 adults, we had plenty of room to accommodate everyone…even in the kitchen! The home is well stocked with amenities that you wouldn’t typically purchase for yourself on vacation (such as apple cider vinegar, spices for cooking, boogie board and beach chairs). There were also lots of towels, plus a washer and dryer. In addition to a beautiful home, Kehei is a sweet little town where you can walk to almost anything in under ten minutes. Far more affordable than Wailea or Lahaina, it even has one of the best beaches for learning to surf in all the Hawaiian Islands at Kalama Beach Park (which is also only a short walk away from the home). I am not sure when we will get back to Maui, but when we do we will definitely stay at Maui Beach Walk!!

Beautiful home, fresh mango’s and great location… exceeded expectations!

Our family of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 young ones were fortunate to find this gem. The craftsman home is thoughtfully decorated and adaptable for large families. Enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach as well as the outdoor table and gas grill. The mango tree in the front yard provided an abundance of fresh fruit each morning….best we’ve tasted. Close to Charlie Young and located in one of the most convenient spots to explore the island. The property manager (and owner) were very responsive on correcting a very minor item. They clearly want you to have a great experience. Would highly recommend. – May 2015
